RETURN POLICY

Verification of the state of the items should be done at the time of delivery. If you do receive a product that is wrong or is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us by sending an email to support@healthyharvestfarmbd.com. Due to the perishable nature of our products, they cannot be returned. If the reason for return is genuine and the mistake occurred from our side, then Healthy Harvest Farm will replace the item in the next delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Since we offer farm fresh produce, we do not issue refund once the order is serviced and the product is delivered, as our products are highly perishable in nature. We realize though that exceptional situations can occur in relation to the character of the products we supply. Below are situations in which a refund can be provided:

NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT: If the order is prepaid and for some unforeseen reason a delivery was not made, we will refund the amount with the next 5-10 business days depending on the bank. We could also issue a discount coupon which could be used on the next purchase within stipulated time with specific terms and conditions.

MAJOR DEFECTS: All our products undergo meticulous quality check before delivery, however unexpected damages and defects may occur. In such events please report the issue to borderlessdelivery@gmail.com. If the fault is on our part we will deliver a fresh set of the same produce in the next schedule delivery. If the customer is still not satisfied with the product the refund will be issued to the customer within the next 15-20 business days depending on the bank.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

After placing and order and paying, we do not encourage cancellation from the customer end. None the less customers can cancel their order by sending us an email to support@healthyharvestfarmbd.com, 48 hours before the delivery and refund will be made via the original mode of payment by the customer. It will take 15-20 business days depending on the bank, for the refund to be made.
